You can cancel order in the order management.

How long do you need to deliver each order?

You must deliver the order within 24 hours. But you need to do it much sooner. Delivering an order within 2-3 hours, this leads you get new orders from the same client.

What happens if I don't deliver an order on time?

If you can't complete your order in 24 hours, your order is automatically cancelled and your psychic profile becomes unlisted from the app's homepage so you won't be able to accept new orders.

You can change your status to Rush Delivery. If you do this, you need to complete your order in 2 hours.
