Psychic Sense aims to provide you with high quality, reasonable prices. You can use our app from your smartphones and tablets

How does the app work?

Our practice is simply a question-and-answer application. The user selects one of the successful spiritual advisers and asks you the question you want to ask. Counselors return to you within 1 day.

There is no live question answer in our application. We are working on adding this feature.

I forgot my password, what can I do?

You can reset your password in Login page.

How can I be a advisor?

You can submit an application in clicking 'Become Advisor' in menu.

Can advisors see my personal information?

No, advisors can't see user's personal information. Protecting the privacy of our users is one of the most important issues.

Our advisors want clients name, mother's name and date of birth. Thus advisors can use their abilities better by establishing a better connection with clients.

I want to cancel my order, how can I?

You can't cancel in 24 hours. After 24 hour, you can contact us.

I want to delete advisor from my favorite advisors.

Tap on psychic profile and click on favorite button again.

I didn't like reading, can I get refund?

We're really sorry about this.

How many orders can I give at the same time?

In our application, you can order as many as you like.

How can I delete my previous orders?

For now we don't provide this feature. We are working on adding this feature.

I ordered but it is still waiting. What does it mean?

This means, our advisor has been successfully got your order. Please wait his review.

If I delete the application, will my previous orders and personal information disappear?

No, your information and orders registered with your username. You can review your previous orders by login with your username and password.

I want to give order but I can't.

Before ordering, you should make sure your credit is sufficient. If your credit is not enough, you should buy credit first.

I made the payment but the credit wasn't transferred to my account

Please check your iTunes purchase history, if you think your credit account didn't transfer to your account.

If no transaction appears in the purchase history, the purchase was unsuccessful. Please try to buy credit again.

How do I restore my credits?

Make sure that, login to the application with the correct user name, your credits will be transfer to your account. \n\nIf credits still doesn't appear in your account, please contact us with your receipt.
